Reitz process fans for cement are very special and the expertise of having built and installed over 10000 fans for this industry during 10 years is a testimony to the design, robust construction and efficient performance of the fans.
Power Generation :
Reitz specially built fans for FD, ID & PA applications of power station boilers are unique in the industry. The captive power plants, industrial power projects turn to Reitz for the boiler draught fans. Reitz India build fans that operate with steam turbine as the prime mover with auto clutch utilizing electric motor only for starting purposes. Several fans in this segment are exported to far east and middle east countries as well.
Steel Plants :
Reitz sintering and dedusting fans are unique in the design with fans already operating up to 5600 KW in this segment. Reitz India has experience of sintering fans for this demanding industry.
Fertilisers and Petro Chemicals:
Reitz India is the preferred supplier this industry with Fan oparating up to a static pressure of 5600 mm wg and the motor kw up to 3000kw.Specail design fan of impeller using stainless steel and alloy steel materials with sleeve bearings and external lubrication system are in operation in.
